Jewish school admissions unlawful:

Basically a boy whose father is Jewish and whose mother converted was refused admission to a Jewish school. Since the refusal was based on the mother's ethnicity, they took the school to court for unlawful discrimination and won, potentially opening up all manner of legal issues.
The simplest solution, as far as I can see, is to get rid of religious schools and keep faith out of school.
